Key Responsibilities:
- Design premium product labels and packaging in line with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
- Create high-quality creatives for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, and the company website.
- Design engaging marketing materials including banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and other offline branding assets.
- Develop visually compelling packaging concepts, illustrations, and brand storytelling elements that enhance customer experience.
- Ensure consistency across all product SKUs while maintaining brand standards and visual identity.
- Create packaging mockups and marketing creatives for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand and Marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Prepare print-ready artwork while ensuring accuracy in dimensions, color profiles, and production specifications.
- Maintain organized design files,



templates, and brand assets for productive workflow.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools for image generation, concept visualization, mockups, and design ideation.
- Stay updated with current design trends, packaging innovations, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with sales team for offline marketing material.
- Coordinate with external agencies such as amazon or instagram management org to execute tasks as needed.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in graphic design, packaging design, or branding (experience in FMCG/Food industry is an advantage).
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, branding, and marketing creatives.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong knowledge of packaging design,
