Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for holloware products within the mining and metals sector.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders to expand the customer base.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform sales approaches.
- Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to customize holloware solutions that meet specific client requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure current business and renew existing contracts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.




- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of products to clients.
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture aligned with company values and objectives.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to sales and customer interactions.
