About the Role

Rajshri Entertainment is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of Rajshri Entertainment and Rajshri Soul across major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to create timely and engaging posts.
- Write compelling captions, copy, and creative briefs in coordination with the design and video teams.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages,



and audience interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content planning, campaign execution, and promotional activities.
- Execute real-time marketing opportunities and trend-based content.
- Track content performance, analyze insights, and prepare regular reports with recommendations for growth.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices.

Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Snapchat.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Passion for entertainment, lifestyle, wellness, and digital content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
