Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Kitchen Sinks & Sanitaryware ,Location: [Aurangabad - MH]

- Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, and bathroom/kitchen fittings across retail, wholesale, and project channels.
- Appoint and manage channel partners, dealers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to drive project sales.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide product training and support to channel partners and field staff.
- Ensure effective display and branding of products at dealer counters and retail outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels and order placements with distributors.
- Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and feedback with senior management.




- Ensure timely collections and credit control in coordination with the finance team.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sanitaryware, kitchen hardware, or building materials sales.
- Proven track record in channel sales and dealer management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the local market and customer behavior in the region.
- Proficient in MS Office,:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Prior experience with brands in sanitaryware, faucets, tiles, or modular kitchen segment.
- Strong network of dealers, distributors, and influencers in the assigned area.
