Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Prepare and share quotations with clients.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Update CRM and sales records regularly.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in quotation preparation and client follow-up.
