Aryka Studio is a modern creative studio offering unique art and craft experiences for individuals, families and groups. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Studio Manager to help deliver a warm, welcoming experience while ensuring the studio runs smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the studio
- Prepare workstations and materials before each session
- Guide customers through activities (training will be provided)
- Manage bookings, enquiries and walk-in customers
- Handle billing and daily cash/POS transactions
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organisation
- Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking of supplies
- Assist with workshops, private events and corporate sessions
- Capture simple photos/videos for social media when required
- Open and close the studio each day

Requirements:
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Telugu is a plus)
- Well organised with good attention to detail




- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, social media)
- Passion for art, crafts or creative activities is desirable, but no prior experience is required
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
