Job Summary
As a Spa Therapist, you will oversee daily spa operations across multiple Pan India locations, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction. You’ll lead a team of professionals, manage wellness programs, and ensure smooth, efficient delivery of all spa services. Your focus will be on maintaining excellence, driving performance, and creating a premium guest experience.
Key Responsibility:
Strategic Leadership:
-Define and execute the spa’s strategic goals and operational plans.
-Work closely with senior leadership to ensure spa objectives align with the broader organizational strategy.
Operational Management:
-Oversee daily operations of the spa, including staff management, user services, and facility maintenance.
-Ensure all treatments and services meet company standards and user expectations.
-Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
Team Management:
-Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of spa professionals.

Compliance and Safety:
-Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
