- Position Summary_

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires robust sales acumen, negotiation skills, market analysis, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while supporting the company's overall business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements for customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and business reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and enhance long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients, identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, gather market intelligence, and ensure effective territory coverage to achieve business growth
