Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven web consultant to manage sales. The role demands solid sales control, live call handling ability, and consistent revenue delivery through structured outbound and inbound strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the calling team for sales

Handle live sales calls and support team members in closing high-value deals

Monitor daily targets, conversions, and call quality

Track pipeline, maintain reports,



and ensure performance visibility

Requirements:
- 2-3 _years of experience in international sales

Strong communication skills (fluent English is a must)

Proven closing ability

Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
