Position: Senior HR Recruiter

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Academic, Non-Academic, Administrative, and Corporate positions.
- Manage faculty recruitment in compliance with UGC, AICTE, PCI, BCI, NCTE, and Autonomous Institution norms.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads and management.
- Coordinate interviews, selection processes, and feedback with stakeholders.
- Negotiate compensation packages and ensure successful offer closures.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within defined timelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Human Resources (MBA HR).
- 3-5 years of experience in Academic and Non-Academic Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of UGC, AICTE, PCI, BCI, NCTE,



and Autonomous Institution recruitment norms.
- Proven experience in hiring faculty, administrative, technical, and corporate professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and social media recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/recruitment tools.
- Robust coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Immediate Joiner.
- Experience in the Higher Education sector is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
