We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Google Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads and maximize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across:
- Google Search Ads
- Google Maps (Local Campaigns)
- Google Display Network (GDN)
- Demand Gen Campaigns
- Performance Max (PMax)
- YouTube Ads
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create compelling ad copies that improve click-through rates and conversions.




- Work with the design and content teams to develop engaging landing pages and ad creatives.
- Optimize campaigns to improve Quality Score, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Implement audience targeting, remarketing, customer match, and lookalike strategies where applicable.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, AI-powered campaign strategies, bidding models, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, and development teams to improve campaign performance and landing page experience.

Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, Maps, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytic
