Provis Technologies is hiring a Business Development Executive to join our Jaipur office.

This role requires someone who can understand client requirements, identify suitable projects for our team and convert opportunities into qualified conversations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities for IT services.
- Search and shortlist relevant projects on Upwork and other lead-generation platforms.
- Review job descriptions, client profiles, budgets, project history and requirements before submitting proposals.
- Write clear, personalised and client-focused proposals.
- Avoid generic, copied or AI-generated-looking proposals.
- Understand the client’s business problem and position the company’s services accordingly.
- Select relevant portfolio examples and case studies for each chance.
- Coordinate with developers, designers and project managers for technical inputs, timelines and estimates.
- Submit proposals using the most suitable company or individual Upwork profile.




- Respond to client messages professionally and within a reasonable time.
- Conduct initial discussions with prospects to understand their requirements.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, responses, interviews, meetings and follow-ups.
- Update the sales and bidding tracker daily.
- Share an end-of-day report covering proposals, replies, meetings, follow-ups and next actions.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools for research and drafting while maintaining originality and human judgement.
- Track proposal and outreach performance and improve response, interview and meeting conversion rates.
- Use Upwork Connects carefully and avoid bidding on irrelevant or low-quality projects.
- Support the company in building a consistent and organised sales pipeline.
