Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Design, model, and develop mechanical systems or machinery using German-based technologies and software tools. Ensure designs meet performance, safety, and operational standards.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate German machinery and components into existing production lines or systems.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical failures in machinery and systems, ensuring mínimal downtime. Collaborate with German technology providers to address any system-specific challenges.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Analyze the performance of existing systems and machinery, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall system reliability.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including manuals, specifications, and reports for machinery and systems.
- Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure all engineering solutions meet industry standards and comply with German and international regulations (such as CE certification or TÜV standards).
- Training & Support: Provide technical support and training to team members or clients on operating and maintaining German-based machinery and technology.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, specifically working with or supporting German-based machinery or technologies.
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering software commonly used in the German machinery sector.
- Familiarity with German manufacturing standards and industry practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and machinery components.
- Experience with PLC programming, automation systems, or robotics related to German technologies.
