Northrop Management is a forensic accounting, corporate governance, and financial advisory firm empanelled with seven PSU/scheduled banks, working across IBC/NCLT mandates, NGO governance advisory, CSR consulting, Virtual CFO services, GST advisory, and transaction advisory.

Role Overview

We're looking for an energetic BDA who's comfortable getting on the phone every day. This is a generalist business development role — you'll be working leads across our NGO/CSR pipeline, PSU/corporate empanelment contacts, and general B2B outreach. The job is mostly about making calls, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the senior team to close.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls daily to leads from Northrop's CRM (NGO database, B2B leads, PSU/corporate contacts)
- Pitch Northrop's services clearly: forensic audit,



CSR advisory, GST/Virtual CFO, governance consulting
- Qualify leads — figure out who's actually a fit before passing them up
- Schedule meetings/calls between qualified leads and Pratham Sharma or Ashish
- Follow up consistently — most deals die from no follow-up, not bad pitches
- Update CRM after every call: outcome, next step, notes
- Handle basic inbound queries from website/LinkedIn and route them properly
- Coordinate with Kavita on NGO outreach campaigns

What We're Looking For
- Transparent spoken English/Hindi, comfortable on the phone with strangers
- Not afraid of rejection cold calling means hearing "no" a lot
- Basic Excel/CRM comfort (we'll train you on our systems)
- Graduate in any stream; commerce/finance background is a plus but not required
- Genuinely curious about how businesses and audits work you'll pick up a lot fast here
