Field Business Development Executive - Agriculture & MSME Ecosystem

Field Territory: Gurugram, Nuh, Rewari, Faridabad & Palwal, Haryana

Compensation: ₹15,000-22,000/month + travel reimbursement + performance incentives

About the Role

We are building a new initiative to work closely with FPOs, agriculture enterprises, MSMEs and other grassroots businesses.

We are looking for 2 Field Business Development Executives who can build relationships with businesses in the field, understand how they operate, identify their challenges and bring relevant organisations into our network for deeper business diagnosis and potential interventions.

This is not a conventional sales or tele-calling job.

What You Will Do
- Identify active and promising FPOs, agri-enterprises, MSMEs and other businesses in your assigned territory.
- Visit businesses and meet entrepreneurs, FPO leaders and management teams.
- Understand their business, products, markets, capabilities and growth challenges.




- Introduce relevant organisations to our business network and facilitate their onboarding/verification.
- Identify businesses where a deeper Business Diagnosis may be useful.
- Maintain structured information and follow up with organisations.
- Develop relationships with local business networks, institutions and ecosystem stakeholders.

Your Territory

The initial pilot will focus on:
Gurugram | Nuh | Rewari | Faridabad | Palwal

Two Field Executives will be assigned specific clusters within this geography.
