Job Title: Visa Support Executive - Jamshedpur

What You Will Do
- Guide clients on visa requirements, documentation checklists, eligibility, and processing timelines as per embassy and consulate guidelines.
- Coordinate with embassies, VFS centres, consulates, and clients to ensure timely and hassle-free visa processing.
- Verify and review client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy requirements.
- Handle urgent and priority visa requests with prompt coordination and effective follow-up.
- Stay updated on changing immigration regulations, visa policies, and country-specific documentation requirements.
- Assist with travel insurance, passport services, and other travel-related documentation whenever required.
- Coordinate with internal travel consultants to ensure seamless support for clients' travel requirements.

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation and embassy procedures for major destinations such as the USA, UK, Schengen countries, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and UAE.
- Excellent communication and client servicing skills.




- Strong attention to detail while handling confidential and sensitive documents.
- Valuable coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
