Job Responsibilities
- Interact with customers over the phone to understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products or services based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build positive customer relationships and support the sales process.
- Guide customers from the initial interaction through successful conversion.

Job Requirements

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic proficiency in computers and familiarity with customer service tools/software.
