POSITION OVERVIEW:
The E-Commerce Operations Executive role will broadly include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics and dispatch activities.
- Manage shipments from origin to destination
- Optimize courier partners & schedules
- Ensure on-time delivery through efficient planning & execution
- Manage export shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other statutory documents.
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and commercial departments for timely dispatches.
- Handle import and export logistics-related issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Maintain records of shipments, logistics costs, and export documentation.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications/Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics & shipping
- Exposure to international shipping
- Robust Excel skills & good communication
- Ability to upload and manage websites is a bonus.
- Confident, can-do attitude with the ability to influence others.
- Experience in packaging development
