- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student portfolios.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Organize classroom activities, projects, and co-curricular events.
- Ensure classroom discipline and uphold school policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of teaching experience in primary education is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
