We are looking for a sharp, result-oriented Senior Sales Executive / BDM who thrives on closing high-ticket deals, building client relationships, and turning cold leads into long-term enterprise retainers.

What You Will Do
- Drive High-Ticket Closings: Pitch, negotiate, and convert qualified leads into long-term performance marketing & digital growth retainers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand potential clients’ business models, identify revenue bottlenecks, and articulate how our performance marketing models (LaaS, CPL, ROAS-focused media buying) will scale their revenue.
- Lead Handling & Outreach: Manage incoming inbound leads, execute strategic cold outreach, and host discovery calls/meetings with CEOs, Founders, and Marketing Directors.
- Proposal & Pitch Creation:



Work closely with the core team to craft customized pitches, strategy decks, and commercial proposals.
- Pipeline & Relationship Management: Maintain a clean sales pipeline, follow up diligently, and onboard current clients seamlessly.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven Track Record: At least 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development specifically within a Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing Agency.
- High-Ticket Closing Skills: Proven ability to handle high-value retainers and articulate ROI clearly to business owners and decision-makers.
- Flawless Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable hosting polished pitches and virtual presentations.
- Deep Marketing Understanding: Solid grasp of paid advertising ecosystems (Meta Ads, Google Ads), lead generation funnels, conversion optimization, and agency pricing
