We are seeking a Senior / Lead Business Analyst to act as the key medium between the Product Owner, Stakeholders and Dev QA teams, who are all geared towards growth and development of one or multiple offerings within the Delivery platform. With an innovative analyst mindset and client needs in mind, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate closely with Product Owner and stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for development and QA teams
- Convert product roadmap features into technical specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria and integration details
- Support the product vision and roadmap by providing technical insights and feasibility analysis
- Perform data analysis and system impact assessments, working with partner teams to ensure accurate and actionable insights
- Participate in UAT and technical validation, ensuring requirements are met and systems function as intended
