Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Create, schedule and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports using analytics tools.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for marketing campaigns.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics,



Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of content marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
