Job Summary: As an Export Order Management Assistant at QSFEPL, a prominent spices manufacturing and export company, you will support the order management teamin ensuring the smooth and effective processing of customer orders. Your role will involve assisting with order entry, tracking, and customer communication to help maintain high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing Support:
- Assist in the entry and processing of customer orders into the order management system.
- Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, and delivery addresses.
- Generate and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documents as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping information, and product availability.
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer questions and resolve order-related issues.
- Assist in managing customer expectations and ensuring satisfaction with order fulfillment.
- Order Tracking and Monitoring:




- Track orders through the fulfillment process and update customers on status changes or delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify relevant teams if stock levels are insufficient to fulfill orders.
- Assist in coordinating with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, transactions, and communications.
