Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Channel Sales: Drive sell-in and sell-through of IT hardware (Dell, Apple and allied brands) through the IT dealer and reseller network across Gujarat.
- Dealer Network: Leverage existing relationships with IT dealers in Ahmedabad and the rest of Gujarat to onboard new partners and reactivate dormant accounts.
- Field Coverage: Travel regularly within Ahmedabad and across Gujarat to meet dealers, conduct market visits, and ensure strong on-ground presence.
- Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, track pipeline, and report performance to management.
- Relationship Management: Maintain healthy, long-term rapport with dealers - handling pricing discussions, schemes, order fulfilment and after-sales coordination.
- Promotions: Communicate product launches, distributor schemes and offers to the dealer network and push uptake.
- Market Intelligence: Share dealer feedback, competitor activity, pricing trends and demand signals with the internal team.
- Coordination: Coordinate with distributors (e.g. Redington, Ingram Micro)



and the internal back-office team for quotations, stock and timely order processing.

Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT hardware sales, channel/dealer sales or product distribution.
- Established network and solid rapport with IT dealers in Ahmedabad and across Gujarat - this is essential.
- Hands-on exposure to Dell, Apple and/or comparable IT hardware brands.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a channel/distribution environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Gujarat; must own a two-wheeler / be comfortable with field travel.
- Good negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills; fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (English working knowledge preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.
