Position: Service Captain (F&B;)
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹21,000 per month

Job Summary

The Service Captain is responsible for supervising day-to-day food and beverage service operations, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, and leading the service team on the floor. The role focuses on maintaining service standards, smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff, and delivering a consistently high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant service operations during shifts
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a comfortable and memorable dining experience
- Guide and support service staff to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Present menus, assist guests with recommendations, and ensure accurate order taking
- Monitor table setup, service flow, and cleanliness before, during, and after service
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service




- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Train and mentor junior staff and freshers on service procedures and etiquette
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or equivalent qualification (Hotel Management certification preferred)
- Prior experience in food & beverage service (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage team members and handle pressure during peak hours
- 1-2 years of experience as captain
