Independently manage day-to-day garment finishing operations.
- Supervise finishing activities including thread cutting, ironing, checking, folding, tagging, and packing.
- Ensure garments meet quality standards before final packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and packing teams for smooth workflow execution.
- Monitor finishing output and maintain daily production targets.
- Identify and resolve finishing defects and quality issues promptly.
- Ensure proper handling, packing, labeling, and shipment readiness of garments.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and efficiency within the finishing department.
- Train and guide finishing staff on quality standards and finishing procedures.
- Maintain records related to finishing, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and production timelines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
