Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and responsible teachers who can inspire students from Nursery to Class 6. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, improving students' academic performance, maintaining discipline, and building confidence through quality education.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching
- Prepare daily lesson plans.
- Explain concepts in a straightforward and interactive manner.
- Conduct regular class tests and assessments.
- Help weak students through personalized attention.
- Complete the syllabus on time.

Student Development
- Improve students' reading, writing, speaking, and problem-solving skills.
- Encourage critical thinking and creativity.
- Build students' confidence and communication skills.
- Maintain discipline and positive classroom behavior.





Assessment & Reporting
- Check notebooks and homework regularly.
- Evaluate tests and prepare progress reports.
- Identify learning gaps and provide improvement plans.
- Share student performance with parents.

Classroom Management
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Ensure students follow classroom rules.
- Create a safe and positive learning environment.

Parent Communication
- Attend parent-teacher meetings.
- Provide regular updates on student progress.
- Address parents' concerns professionally.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
