- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services or software development company.
- Hands-on experience in Pre-Sales Business Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirement elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories).
- Knowledge of wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Draw.io, or Visio.- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand client requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with domestic and international clients.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications.
- Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), BRD, FRD, user stories, wireframes, workflows, and use cases.




- Estimate project scope, timelines, and effort in coordination with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals, project documentation, and presentations for client discussions.
- Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Coordinate with UI/UX, Development, and QA teams to ensure transparent understanding of requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Assist in preparing project estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Support project handover from the pre-sales phase to the delivery team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation solutions.
