Energia Electrica Private Limited is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage procurement operations, vendor relationships, inventory planning, and material sourcing to support our EV manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source batteries, motors, controllers, chassis parts, and other raw materials.
- Obtain quotations, compare vendor pricing, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Create and manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain uninterrupted material availability for production.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop supplier relationships.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality compliance.
- Coordinate with production and stores for inventory planning.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain reorder points.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Ensure GST and procurement compliance.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice processing.
