Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide personalized customer service and styling assistance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Store Operations
- Manage daily opening and closing of the boutique.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of the store.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, or head office for stock replenishment.
- Minimize stock loss, damage, and pilferage.

Visual Merchandising
- Ensure attractive display of garments, accessories, and products.
- Implement seasonal displays and promotional setups.
- Maintain brand standards in product presentation.

Team Management
- Supervise boutique staff,



including sales associates and support staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, grooming, and sales techniques.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals.

Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily sales reports and other operational reports.
- Track sales performance and customer trends.
- Coordinate with management regarding targets, promotions, and operational issues.
- Maintain necessary store documentation and records.
