Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly stock audits and ensure stock audit reports and calculations are completed immediately after the month-end closing.
- Plan and coordinate the supply of goods to depots across India based on system-generated requirements.
- Verify returned goods, prepare return reports, and submit them to the concerned department for stock and financial adjustments.
- Coordinate the dispatch of articles and materials to depots as per Head Office (HO) requirements.
- Regularly follow up with transporters regarding return goods pickup and delivery status to ensure timely movement.
- Verify packing slips on a random basis for inter-depot dispatches to ensure correct batch numbers and quantities are dispatched.
- Maintain accurate inventory records at the Mother Depot and ensure proper stock availability.
- Coordinate closely with the Purchase Team for stock planning, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately in the ERP/system.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock movements, dispatches, returns, and audits.




- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, inventory control procedures, and warehouse safety standards.
- Assist management with inventory reports, stock reconciliation, and other warehouse-related activities as required.

Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience in stock audits, stock reconciliation, and dispatch planning.
- Positive understanding of ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
