Business Development Executive - Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in sales, client relationships, and business growth, with an interest in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in the healthcare industry.
- Generate leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and other sources.
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce the company's services.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and following up with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Update and maintain lead and client information in CRM tools or internal records.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Support the Business Development team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Required Skills:




- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Basic understanding of client relationship management.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Positive, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
