We are Lobha Deepthis, a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ethnic clothing brand that celebrates India’s handmade têxtiles through perfectly tailored, ready-to-wear clothing.

We are a vertically integrated brand — designing, manufacturing, and marketing all under one roof.

What You Need (Qualifications & Skills)
- Minimum 1+ years of logistics/fulfilment experience.
- Knowledge of Shopify, logistics, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Diligent, attentive, and disciplined
- ensuring every order is packed and tracked correctly.




- Physically capable of working long hours in the packing department. (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)
- Experience in apparel, fashion, or e-commerce fulfilment will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

Print and manage shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips daily.

Pack all orders carefully and coordinate with courier partners for timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (logistics providers) to close shipment or delivery issues.
- Track KPIs and fulfilment metrics to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in training and supervising junior team members over time.

Note

This is a full-time, on-site position in Kochi. Part-timers or students may not be suitable. We’re a lean, focused team — your full presence during work hours is essential.
