Authorities
- Monitoring quality of incoming RM as per approval QAP & report
- To test incoming RM within stipulated time fame (24 Hrs)
- Test & Report incoming RM & FG
- To Ensure product quality & report
- To test finished product as per established QAP
- Communication with respective department regarding quality status of RM & FG
- Monitoring process parameters
- Maintain documentation as per required of DMS
- Prepare test report and test certificates and submit for approval
- System Entry
- Communicate finding w.r.t. deviations with process
- Update test result to system so as to ensure dispatch as per planning.
- Ensure elimination of non-conforming product
- Proper handling of test equipments.
