We are looking for a Transport Coordinator to manage daily vehicle planning, dispatch coordination, customer delivery follow-up, driver communication, and transport cost control for our AAC blocks business.

Responsibilities:
- Plan daily vehicle movement for AAC block dispatches.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, sales team, and dispatch team.
- Confirm loading quantity, block sizes, delivery location, and route.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain trip records, diesel usage, tolls, driver expenses, and delivery status.
- Coordinate return loads wherever possible to reduce transport cost.
- Ensure loading and dispatch documents are prepared properly.
- Follow up with customers regarding delivery confirmation.
- Report vehicle delays, breakdowns, route issues, and customer complaints.
- Support management in improving transport efficiency and cost control.

Requirements:
- Experience in transport coordination, logistics, dispatch,



or fleet management preferred.
- Knowledge of Nellore, Tirupati, Ongole, Chennai, Kadapa, and nearby routes is an advantage.
- Basic computer and mobile app usage required.
- Must be good at coordination and follow-up.
- Should be able to handle drivers and customers professionally.
- Telugu required; basic English/Hindi is an advantage.
- Should be disciplined, practical, and responsible.
