Program Manager - General Projects

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate programs, functions, and procedures within the organization to ensure effective program implementation. Identify issues and develop alternative solutions.
- Review and analyze data related to a variety of projects to develop recommendations for achieving program goals.
- Provide direction and support to project teams in various capacities, addressing technical and interpersonal needs, motivating team dynamics, and acting as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator.
- Perform the full range of the project management cycle - initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and identifying leads for effective project implementation.
- Lead the planning and operations for programs and functions.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.




- Manage multiple contending priorities simultaneously in an exciting environment.
- Monitor and track program execution to success by removing blockers and always find the path forward in challenging situations.
- Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the project team by coordinating PM reviews, preparing & publishing PM metrics.
- Identify and manage risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.

Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 3+ years relevant experience.
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and execute with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in program management, ideally in rural development or health.
- Solid project management and relevant technical skills.
- Understanding of current technologies (e.g., AI/GenAI).
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple tasks,
