Store Executive - Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Verify quantity, quality, and documents against purchase orders/invoices.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of materials.
- Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, and other departments as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare GRN, material issue slips, stock reports,



and other store documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain housekeeping, 5S, safety, and discipline within the store.
- Handle ERP/software-based inventory entries and maintain updated records.
- Support monthly/annual stock audits and reconciliation.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Inventory Management and Store Operations.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
