Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting educational institutions.
- Identify and engage with potential customers in the education sector, including universities, technical colleges, and high schools.
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the education market.

Industry Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the CNC industry and the latest trends in manufacturing technology for schools.
- Stay updated on the evolving needs and challenges faced by educational institutions in teaching CNC and manufacturing technologies.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of teachers and students.
- Offer training and support to ensure successful implementation and usage of SolidCAM software.

Financial Acumen:
- Understand the funding mechanisms and financial constraints of educational institutions in India.




- Assist customers in navigating financing options and securing funds for technology investments.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development.
- EDU Manager in India is methodically supervised by the Global Education Manager.
- Represent SolidCAM at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for diverse audiences.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the education sector.:
- Valuable knowledge of the CAD, CAM and CNC´s utilization in schools.:
- Understanding of educational financing mechanisms in India.:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Sensitivity to the unique needs of educators and students.
