We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Factory Operations Coordinator to support our factory operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Administration
- Maintain employee attendance, leave and overtime records.
- Prepare payroll inputs for salary processing.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee files and statutory records.
- Manage office administration, housekeeping and visitor records.

Production Coordination
- Prepare hourly and daily production reports.
- Maintain production registers and production order files.
- Update line efficiency and production dashboards.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager for daily production status.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Stores & Inventory
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).




- Maintain inward and outward registers.
- Update stock movement records.
- Coordinate monthly stock verification.
- Maintain inventory records for production consumables.

Dispatch Coordination
- Prepare delivery challans and dispatch documents.
- Verify finished goods before dispatch.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with customers and transporters.
- Maintain dispatch register and proof of delivery records.

Documentation & MIS
- Maintain all factory records and registers.
- Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing.
- Support customer audits and internal reviews.
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA / MSW or equivalent).
- 2-5 years of experience in a garment manufacturing or production environment.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
