Job Description - Interior Project Engineer

Position: Interior Project Engineer
Experience: 3-5+ Years
Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Turnkey Projects

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quantity verification, material planning, and procurement coordination.
- Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures are followed.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, and site productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Coordinate inspections, snag rectification, testing,



and project handover.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey project execution.
- Robust knowledge of interior finishing works, BOQs, drawings, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project (preferred).
- Good understanding of project planning, material management, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
