Tender Executive/ Manager
Open for both the Genders
Responsibilities:
To manage all functions of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and e-tender platforms.
Handle end-to-end bidding
Prepare quotations, uploaded documents, and ensured timely bid submission.
Trackes bid progress, delivery schedules, and payment updates. Coordinated with OEMs and vendors for technical and pricing documents.
Negotiate on pricing and prepare competitive bids for government procurement. Maintain product catalogs and procurement records.
Use Tally Prime for invoice uploads, stock tracking, and order updates. Ensured compliance with GeM and e-tender guidelines
Zirakpur, Patiala Highway, Near Azizpur Toll Tax, opposite Pappi Dhaba
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
