Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone& chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services & orders.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, or requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Vendor Support:
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and service issues.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of services.
- Address vendor concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Identify recurring issues or gaps and suggest process improvements.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
