Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with existing and prospective customers regarding product requirements, quotations, pricing, and order confirmations.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up until successful delivery.
- Support order processing, invoicing, billing coordination, and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, sales reports, order records, and follow-up trackers.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, online platforms, referrals, and lead-generation activities.
- Follow up on pending quotations, enquiries, payments, and repeat orders.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly while providing effective after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Dispatch, Purchase, and Operations to ensure smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports for management review.
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times and represent the company positively.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure all customer information and business data are maintained with complete confidentiality.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
