Associate Product Manager (APM) - KSCAN:
Role Overview:
We are seeking an analytical and execution-driven Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic Fintech team in Bengaluru. With 2-3 years of qualified experience, you will take full ownership of core product features, steering them from conceptualization to launch. This hands-on role is designed for a product professional eager to master agile delivery and deepen their expertise in building scalable, secure, and innovative financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
Feature Ownership & Backlog Grooming: Translate product strategy into granular product specs (PRDs), write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and prioritize sprint backlogs with engineering squads.Data Instrumentation & Performance: Track funnel conversion rates, drop-offs, and transaction success/failure rates.Stakeholder & Regulatory Alignment: Partner with business, solutions, and support teams to gather requirements. (Background verification/underwriting domain knowledge is a plus.)API & System Integrations:



Leverage an understanding of API-first architecture, webhooks, and data flow to drive integrations.Cross-Functional Execution: Work day-to-day with design, QA, engineering, and operations teams to launch features on schedule while maintaining strict code and data quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:2 to 3 years of total work experience, with at least 1-2 years in a direct Product Management, Product Operations, or Business Analyst role within a Fintech, Payments, Lending, or Neobanking setup.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and data-driven mindset.Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in understanding API-first architectures and system integration workflows.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred).Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru and work in a Hybrid setup.
