On-Field Sales Agent Position:
On-Field Sales Agent Salary: ₹12,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Nagpur

Field-Based Experience:
- Visit potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Explain products/services and convert leads into customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify current opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships. - Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding.

On-Field Training - Practical training on customer interaction and sales techniques.
- Hands-on training in lead generation and prospecting.
- Training on product/service pitching and objection handling.




- Guided market visits with senior sales team members.
- Training on follow-ups, negotiation and closing sales.
- Daily guidance and performance feedback. Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
