Location:Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore

SWBI Architects & Ambience Interiors come together to offer a fully integrated ‘Design & Build’ delivery model.

We are expanding our design leadership team and inviting talented professionals to join us.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Be a part of design pitches, proposals & RFP responses including concepts & layouts.

2. Respond and present to prospective clients & pitch for recent projects.

3. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and manage approvals.

4. Coordinate with MEP, structural teams, vendors & project teams.

5. Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design intent.

6. Prepare layouts, complete working drawing sets

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop & MS Office
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with ownership

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
