What you’ll do:
- Role responsible for managing inventory reporting and analytics, generating insights on inventory movements, and supporting global SCM and finance stakeholders through accurate reporting, validations, and process standardization.
- Execute and partially own inventory reporting cycles (daily / weekly / monthly) by preparing and validating data with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform basic variance analysis by consolidating inputs (volume, price, FX, mix) and highlighting key movements.
- Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and identify inconsistencies; escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Materials, Logistics, Finance, Plants etc) to collect required inputs.
- Maintain and update documentation, SOPs, and reporting templates with strong compliance discipline.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and digitization activities (Excel, Power BI,
etc.).
Qualifications:
Requirement:
- Chartered Accountant (C.A.) / CMA / MBA (Finance)
- 4-6 years of experience in reporting, MIS, finance analytics, or supply chain finance
Skills:
- Solid understanding of inventory management concepts and financial KPIs (Inventory, DOH, COGS, etc.)
- Good understanding of financial data structures and reporting logic
- Robust Excel proficiency; exposure to Power BI or SQL is advantageous.
- Knowledge of financial ERP's (Oracle, SAP etc.)"
