JOB DESCRIPTION
- Resolve issues in conjunction with the in-house technical, creative, marketing and R&D; teams.
- Maintain relevant databases, and generate MIS as required for analysis.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to thoroughly understand the brand, its products & services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.
- Ability to listen, empathize & analyze.
- Good problem-solving & people skills.
- Enthusiasm to achieve the organization's goals.
