Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, in coordination with engineering and design teams.

2. Client Communication: Support project communication with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.

3. Team Coordination: Work with HVAC engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to execute project tasks effectively.

4. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and assist in implementing cost-control measures.

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure HVAC systems are installed and commissioned according to industry standards and client specifications.

6. Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, keeping necessary documentation and permits.

7. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and support mitigation efforts.

8. Procurement Support: Coordinate with procurement teams for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

9. Reporting: Prepare and present project status updates,



including progress, financials, and key performance indicators.

10. Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving measures in project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Proven experience in supporting or managing HVAC projects from start to finish.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
