Designation: Process Associate

Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 (Based on interview)

Experience: 0-6 Months (Freshers can apply)

Role Description

An excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client coordination, and business operations within the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with leads via calls and understand requirements for home tutoring

Assist parents with tutor selection and demo scheduling

Ensure smooth communication between parents and tutors

Handle queries and provide timely support

Collect feedback after tutor placement

Required Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Robust convincing and negotiation skills

Positive, confident, and result-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
